Is the Financial Advisor card I keep at setup secret, and does the order of the unchosen cards matter?
Secrecy is only a reminder, and players may play with those cards face up if they like. The placement of the unchosen cards doesn't matter in practice, because when you later earn a Financial Advisor you may look through the whole remaining stack and pick one.
