How do Passenger tokens and their benefits work?
A publisher confirmed the rail and one-per-ship points, and the rulebook lists the benefits.

Each token is placed on one of three benefit spaces and applies immediately: transfers cost $2, taking an extra contract choice, or loading one extra die from a contract. The extra die can go on the Rail table if its container has a rail icon, and the one-per-ship rule still applies. Tokens beyond three stack with no more benefit except for Financial Advisor scoring.
