Can I load dice from a contract card I don't have dice on, or from another player's contract?
The rulebook allows loading only from contracts you hold dice on, and a publisher explained why.

No. You may load from any contract that has your own dice on it, but not from an opponent's contract. A publisher explained that allowing it creates too many negative interactions; agreeing to it at your table is a house rule.
