What can I do with an Executive Action die?
The designer and a publisher both said it is one market action or the movement/contract action, never both.

Choose exactly one: take the column's normal Movement or Contract/Load action (treated as the top row, so a load is 3 containers and waterway movement is 3), buy one share, or raise your company stock by $2. You cannot combine a normal action with a market action. Taking the normal action as the top row can force you to move ships you would rather leave.
