Can I take a contract if I don't have enough dice for all its containers?
A publisher said you cannot take a contract without a die for each container, and the rulebook says the same.

No. You need enough of your own dice in the warehouse and dice pool to cover every container on the side you choose. With fewer dice, take a contract with fewer containers or use the generic back side (two generic containers on a 3-container contract, one on a 1-2 container contract), which gives no flag.
