Who may reveal a totem challenge, and can I move tools to another player's initiate?

Anyone may flip a totem challenge, but the player with the matching initiate must take part, either by revealing it or helping. Tools go onto an initiate only when they are obtained, usually by crafting, and cannot be moved there later unless a card says so.
