How do the Handicraft card and the waiting cards from Module D work?

The card is placed faceup at the bottom of the board by the discard piles and stays all game; any player can use a help action on it to resolve one of its options, then the chosen waiting card stays until an action sends it to the graveyard. Several players can help each other on it in one action, and it is not subject to a trigger: waiting cards are available from the moment they are placed.
