When are tomes gained, and who gets a Tome when two players qualify together?
As soon as the condition is met, and they must be taken; if someone forgets, the first to reach it receives it. For simultaneous qualifiers, go by turn order starting with the player who triggered the Black Market Reset or the game end, then clockwise.
