Can Pray clear any of my player-board actions, even the one I am resolving or the Pray space itself?
Players agree nothing forbids it; no official statement was found.

Yes. Pray can clear any one of your twelve player-board action spaces, including left-side ones such as Develop and Hunt, the space whose action you are resolving, and the Pray space. It is only worthwhile if the freed space is worth more than the Workers you then have to spend.
