Can I place several Workers on a Muster card like on a King's Favour?
The designer ruled that only one Worker fits on a Muster card and that Muster locations are not King's Favours.

No. Muster cards are not King's Favours, so only one Worker can go on a Muster card. Pray cannot clear them (it only works on your own board), and the Aristocrat's King's Favour coin does not apply to Muster spaces.
