How many dice and potion tokens are there, and can I house-rule more?
The designer confirmed the limits are deliberate, and the rulebook lists the supply.

There are 8 each of strength, agility and magic dice, 6 heroic (black) dice and 6 potion tokens. The limits are intentional, so shortages are part of the design; if a die of a color is unavailable, excess icons or gains simply have no effect. Damage tokens are the only unlimited component.
