Grand Duchy of Finland

Printed header: "1809, Russia". The card portrait is a map of Finland and carries no rules text.

Printed requirement and rules text (the crossed swords, laurel wreath, red circle and rock are icons on the card):

• Crossed swords: "≥ 21"
• Laurel wreath: "2"
• Ability text: "May skip 1 action per round"
• Red circle: "5", with a black rock icon

Symbols on this card

• The crossed swords symbol is Military Strength. The card requires a Military Strength of at least 21, as with other Military Strength requirements in the base Nations game.
• The laurel wreath with "2" is 2 Victory Points (VP).
• The red circle with "5" and the black rock icon is a gain of 5 Stone. Red circles indicate a gain of the applicable resource and black circles consumption or upkeep, and the rock is the Stone resource, as in the base Nations rulebook.
• The "May skip 1 action per round" ability is printed as written above. The base Nations rulebook's Action Phase rules govern how a skipped action is handled; this transcription does not add to them.

Disclosed gaps

• The card does not print a separate rules explanation for the skip-action ability beyond the sentence above. The German and Polish printings use wording that reads as ending the action phase, so the exact interaction with turn order should be checked against the printed card.
