Dionysus Unit Dashboard

The Dionysus dashboard is a double-sided card. Its front carries the unit's name block, a dial-style table and two power panels. The table as legible in the photograph, read from the top row (green, 10) to the bottom row (red, 1):

RowCol. 1Col. 2Col. 3Col. 4Col. 5Col. 6 (coloured track)
159◊1–10
259◊1–9
359◊1–8
459◊

The column headings are not legible at the photograph's resolution, so the columns are numbered here rather than named. The ◊ symbol is transcribed as printed; its meaning is not stated on the dashboard. Column 6 is coloured green (high) to red (low) on the dashboard. The dashboard's own text does not say what the track represents.

The dashboard's unit name block reads:

  • Unit name: Dionysus
  • A numeric badge printed beside the name, reading 6. Its meaning is not stated on the card.
  • Talents printed under the name: Block, Bloster, Gem collector
  • Three star icons in the lower-left corner, and a group of three triangular symbols in the lower-right corner. Neither group's meaning is identified in the photograph.

Dionysus Powers

The dashboard carries two power panels, each headed by a power name and a star-burst icon.

Orgiastic Procession

When Dionysus is recruited, 3 units of Satyr children are also recruited for 0 RP as part of the same turn. Those 3 units are pictured on the same and unique troop card.

This power applies even if Dionysus and the Satyr children haven't been deployed yet.

After the activation of a Satyr children unit with its activation card by Dionysus' controller, he may activate, one by one, every other non-destroyed Satyr children unit without discarding any Satyr children cards nor art of war cards. Those extra activations are not taken into account in the limit number of unit activations per turn.

Intoxication

At the end of Dionysus' activation, each enemy player discards, if able, as many cards as units he controls in the areas of Dionysus and the Satyr children. Those cards are discarded from the top the pertinent players' deck.

The last sentence is transcribed as printed, including the wording "from the top the pertinent players' deck" with no "of" after "top".

Satyr Children Troop Card

The Satyr children are a single troop card that shows the three units recruited by Orgiastic Procession. The card is printed as follows.

The stat header runs left to right, with the icon above each value:

IconValue
Sword◊
Shield9
Bow◊
Boot2

The stat icons are identified by their shapes (sword, shield, bow, boot). The ◊ symbol is transcribed as printed, as on the Dionysus dashboard.

The name block reads:

  • Troop name: Satyr children
  • Talents printed under the name: Block, Bloster
  • A row of six star icons and a single figure icon at the bottom of the card. Their meaning is not stated on the card.

The card text reads:

Can only be recruited by Dionysus.

The Satyr children cannot perform any attacks nor claim actions.

At the end of this troop's activation, select a unit in an adjacent area and which has not been the target of Satyr children's power this turn. This unit performs immediately, if able, a move towards Satyr children's area.

Gaps

The following could not be transcribed from the photographs supplied. Nothing in these sections has been filled in from memory or from the base game.

  • Activation cards: the expansion's activation cards were not among the photographs. Their texts are not transcribed here.
  • Scenario: not legible in any photograph. No scenario setup, objectives or rules are transcribed.
  • Dashboard symbols and badges: the meaning of the ◊ symbol in the table, the numeric badge beside the Dionysus name, the three stars and the triangular symbols in the lower corners, and the column headings are not identified on the card.
  • Satyr children star row and figure icon: the meaning of the six stars and the figure icon is not identified on the card.
  • Gem collector: the talent is printed on the dashboard with no rules text. It is not reproduced here. Talent rules belong to the base Mythic Battles: Pantheon rulebook.
  • Block and Bloster: both talents are printed by name only on the Satyr children and Dionysus cards. Their rules are not reproduced here. They belong to the base Mythic Battles: Pantheon rulebook.
  • Expansion setup and placement rules: not legible in any photograph.

Rules for the base Mythic Battles: Pantheon game (turns, dice, unit activation, recruitment, attack and defence, the terms "range", "retaliate", "claim" and "art of war" cards) are not reproduced here. They belong to the base game's rulebook.
