Goal of the Game
The goal of the game is to be the first to attach your monsters to the group and thereby get rid of them. Try to connect as many hands of your monsters to the group as possible.
Setup
- Lay out all the monsters on the table face down, shuffle them, and form a deck.
- Each player draws five monsters from the deck and, turning them face up, places them in front of themselves. The aim is to get rid of your monsters as quickly as possible.
- Take one more monster from the deck, turn it face up, place it in the middle of the table, and put the game piece on it. This is the first "Active monster."
Playing the Game
- Play proceeds clockwise.
- On your turn, you must place a suitable monster next to the "Active monster" and then move the game piece onto that monster.
Keep in mind:
- Hands being joined must be the same color.
- At least one hand of your monster must be joined to the "Active monster."
- You may additionally join hands to other monsters.
Attention: the color of the joined hand must always match!
- As soon as you have joined a monster, immediately place the game piece on it. It becomes the new "Active monster."
- If you have no suitable monster, or you joined only one hand of your monster, you must take an additional monster from the deck.
Example: (see illustration)
-
If you joined 2 hands of your monster, your turn ends. Example: (see illustration)
-
If you joined 3 or 4 hands of your monster, you may return one of your monsters to the deck. Example: (see illustration)
-
Now the turn passes to the next player.
End of the Game
The game ends when one of you attaches your last monster with two or more hands. That player becomes the winner.
