24 ladders in 3 colours.

Variant 1

1. Each player chooses a set of ladders in one colour. The youngest player places their first ladder in the middle of the table.
2. The other players, one after another, add one of their ladders each to the structure. Only the first ladder may touch the table top.
3. If, while ladders are being added, any of them fall onto the table top or the floor, the player takes them back. That player may still add one ladder to the structure.

The winner is the player who is the first to get rid of all of their ladders.

Variant 2

1. Divide all the ladders and set them up according to Variant 1.
2. If any ladders fall out of the structure during a player's turn, that player receives one penalty point. Deal all the ladders out again and start the next round with the player who made the last move.

The winner is the player with the fewest penalty points after 10 rounds.
