Death Bat
Death Bat [red skull seal: Monster]
| Floor | HP (solo / two players) | Damage | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 16 / 32 | -2 HP, [red heart with 2], [green drop] | +2 [crossed swords], +2 Gold |
| 2 | 20 / 40 | -3 HP, [red heart with 3], [green drop] | +2 [crossed swords], +1 [purple potion] |
| 3 | 25 / 50 | -4 HP, [red heart with 3], [green drop] | [gold seal] |
| 4 | 32 / 64 | -5 HP, [red heart with 4], [green drop] | +2 [crossed swords], + [gold seal] |
Transcriber's notes: The first HP value is used when playing solo; the second, marked with the two-player icon, is used in co-op, as in the base rules for Monster cards. The Floor column is headed by a stairs icon. The "[gold seal]" entries are gold seal icons in the Reward column; the base rulebook says a wax seal in a result column sends you to the Rewards reference card, but the photo does not name this glyph, so it is transcribed as printed and not confirmed. The crossed swords, the green drop and the red heart with a number are not named on the card photo and are transcribed as printed.
Fence
Fence [blue potion seal: Merchant]. Header icons: Gold ⇄ Item (gold coin, two-way arrows, bag).
Buy (pay Gold, gain the listed items):
- 3 Gold → +1 Food, [crossed-out eye]
- 3 Gold → +4 HP, [purple skull in square]
- 4 Gold → +1 Armor, [purple skull in square]
- 4 Gold → +1 [purple potion], [purple skull in square]
- 5 Gold → +8 HP, [green drop]
Sell (give the listed items, gain Gold):
- -1 Armor → +2 Gold
- -1 [purple potion] → +2 Gold
Transcriber's notes: The Fence's header symbol is the Gold ⇄ Item icon described in the base rulebook's Room Cards section, so the Fence is a Merchant card and you may Buy and Sell at will. The shield is read as Armor from the base rulebook. The Food icon is a drumstick and the purple potion is read as a Potion, as the base rulebook names them. The crossed-out eye, the purple skull in a square, and the green drop are not named on the card photo and are transcribed as printed. The French printing of these same two cards (BGG, a separate photograph) shows the same layout and the same values, which was used to check the reading of the tables.
