Game Info
2 players | 10-15 minutes
Place a single pyramid block each turn until you create one of the winning formations, or your opponent has no valid move. Once a block is placed on the game board, it becomes a shared piece — it is not owned by either player.
Setup and First Turn
First Player:
- Pick a size from 1 to 4.
Second Player:
- Place a pyramid block (any color) with the size picked by the first player, on any square.
Subsequent Turns
On your turn:
- Pick a pyramid block, either with the same color or the same size (or both) as the latest pyramid block placed by your opponent.
- Place the pyramid block on an empty square, or place it on any pyramid block with a larger size (for example, a size 2 block can be placed on a size 3 or size 4 block, but not on a size 1 or size 2 block).
- Move the marker/frame to indicate the latest move.
- You lose immediately if you have no valid move.
- Your opponent then takes their turn in the same way.
Game End
You win immediately if, after your move, either of the following conditions is met:
- Your opponent has no valid move.
- You completed 4 in a row (orthogonally or diagonally) with pieces having all the same color or all different colors — only the top piece of each stack counts.
- You completed a 4-level pyramid (with sizes 1 through 4), with pieces having all the same color or all different colors.
Advanced Mode
You cannot play the same piece just played by the previous player, unless it is the only valid piece.
