How does the Khan's Favor work: colour limit, values and black dice?
The rulebook describes the rising die rule and the colour limit; black and white dice are not player colours.

Each of the four spots takes one die, and each die must be equal or higher than the die to its left. Each player colour can be placed there once per round, but black and white dice can be added even if your colour is already there. You cannot pay to place a lower die.
