How does Thermos Gun work?

You choose how much accumulated Attack to put into it, and it kills every enemy whose value is at or below that amount, simultaneously. Attack already spent on something else can't be used. Because it is one wave, it cannot kill Dr. Wren and then the Newborn: the Newborn survives while Wren is alive.
