How does Slow Gestation work?

Draw your full hand first, then resolve it. Only other players can show the required character; if they do, it goes to your discard, otherwise it is killed and you gain a Chestburster. It cannot be healed like an Avatar Strike, but killing it works (for example with Quarantine Procedure).
