What happens to the Barracks card under an Enhanced Alien that is turned face down?
The designer confirmed the card returns to the bottom.

It returns to the bottom of the Barracks. When the alien is revealed again it takes the new top card, so the enhancement resets. If the Barracks is empty there is nothing to enhance with.
