Game Preparation
Place all blocks on the table and mix them around. Each player will then take turns choosing one block until each player has the same amount. If there is one block left over it becomes the starting piece.
Game Play
The first player places one of his blocks next to the starting piece (if there is one). The next player will do the same, etc, until there is a bottom row of 4 blocks. At that point players will have to start building a new row on top of the bottom one. All pieces must be played on their edge in the same direction as existing pieces – the object being to construct flat wall.
When a player touches one of his blocks he has to play it. A player can't touch or move blocks that have already been played as part of the wall.
If a player causes one or several blocks to fall during his turn he will have to pick them up and add them to his pieces. The next player will play immediately. He can either:
- play one of his pieces on the wall.
- add a block to the bottom row as long as it is not his last piece. The bottom row can never be more than 5 pieces long.
If a player moves pieces of the wall during his turn without causing any to fall the pieces are not put back in their original position.
The first player to play all his pieces wins.
Variants
To make the game more interesting, never exceed more than 4 pieces in the bottom row.
