How does the Luxury Yacht work: Main action, modernized Wharf, final turn, and when sold?
The Main action part is in the rulebook; the modernization and sale rulings come from a developer's replies.

Exchanging an iron ship for the Luxury Yacht uses your Main action at a Wharf, so you cannot also build a ship that turn. The Wharf does not need to be modernized and the exchange does not modernize it. It counts as an iron ship, but ships no goods and gives no food. If sold it returns to the town's buildings rather than the iron pile.
