Le Havre
Do I get change if I overpay an entry fee or energy cost with food?
The rulebook says money gets change but food and energy do not.

Only for Francs. Overpaid food (entry fees or feeding) and energy are not returned as change; the surplus goes to the building's owner or is simply lost.
