Can I use a building the same turn I build or buy it?
If you build it, no: your disc stays on the Construction Firm or Building Firm you used, so you do not get the new building's action (except buildings with no action, which score or pay passively). If you buy it before taking your Main action, you can enter it and use it that turn.
