Yes. Selling sends your disc home, so a building you sold on your last regular turn, or in the final stage before entering, can be entered, paying the fee to the town's Treasury; you cannot enter the building your disc is still on. You get only half its value and cannot buy it back, since buying is barred in the final stage.
