Can I sell or buy the building my disc is on and enter it again in the same turn?
The rulebook returns discs on any buy or sale and bars only the same-turn rebuy.

Yes. Buying or selling a building sends the Person disc on it home, including your own, so a building you sell or buy from the town can be entered again that turn, paying its entry fee (to the Treasury if the town owns it). You may not sell it and then buy it back in the same turn, and it costs you half its value on the sale, so this is usually a pricey trick.
