Setup

Shuffle the Salieri cards and add 1 of them to each period deck, along with the Opus and Memory cards. Discard the 6th Salieri card without looking at it.

Playing the Game

When one of the Salieri cards appears in the row of cards, do the following, depending on the type of card:

Empty Music Stand

If this card appears, each player immediately takes 1 Story Point counter of their choice. This card cannot be bought, and it will remain in the row until the Maintenance Phase. Then discard this card.

Salieri

If this card appears, shuffle all the cards currently visible in the row of cards and place them back at the bottom of the current period deck (right above the next Period Bonus tile in the deck). Then discard this card and refill the row with new cards.
