Endeavors can't be spent directly on Intimacy. It is triggered by an 8+ on the Augury endeavor at the Organ Grinder, a Love Juice resource, the Matchmaker ability (once per lantern year, costing an endeavor) and some events. The survivor who performs the augury and the intimacy partner can be different people.
