Survival of the Fittest is a once-per-lifetime reroll of a single roll result, and the survivor must keep the new result. A hunt event's two d10 count as one result, while an attack rolling several dice rerolls one die at a time. In the field, only rerolls from survivors on the hunt party count. Players disagree on how far one survivor's reroll can be used on another's roll, and on whether a result can be rerolled twice; newer posts relay that it cannot.
