Does brain damage absorbed by insanity still trigger the Butcher's Infectious Lunacy?
Yes. Brain damage soaked by insanity still counts as brain damage taken, so the lunacy token is gained. Infectious Lunacy is a survivor status card set up with the other special cards, not placed on everyone at the start and not part of the AI deck.
