How does the Fairy Ring affect terrain and Flower Knight damage?

Terrain that would be placed inside the Fairy Ring is not placed (and terrain moved toward it stops at the border). The Flower Knight's damage is set by a trait card based on how many survivors are inside the ring, and its tactic cards can be shuffled in with the tactic cards of the other Knight expansions.
