What does Doomed stop, and can anyone use survival during a Trap attack?

Doomed means the survivor cannot spend survival until the monster has finished everything on the Trap card. It blocks spending survival only, so abilities that don't cost survival still work. Other survivors get a survival window only if the trap's basic action has a flow, otherwise none opens. The 'between actions' wording was debated, but this is where the main participants ended up.
