No — Dodge only cancels a hit from an attack. Intimidate-style effects such as the White Lion's Terrifying Roar, Grab, or damage with no attack profile (the Hand's reflex, for example) cannot be dodged. Survivors who are not attacking can still dash out of the way of a Grab before it lands.
