If I dodge a hit, do I still suffer an After Hit effect such as the Butcher's Bite?

Yes — After Hit is resolved when any hit lands, before hit location dice are rolled, so a dodge made afterwards can't stop it. After Damage effects, by contrast, need damage to be dealt, so they don't happen if every hit is dodged. One reply argues the opposite for After Hit.
