Do Blood Paint's two attacks share effects, or allow a dash between them?
They are two separate attacks inside one attack action: resolve the first completely, including its hit location draws, before starting the second. A toughness reduction from the first weapon (such as Beast Knuckle) ends with that attack, and since survival opportunities only exist between actions, you cannot dash between the two.
