How do the blind severe injuries stack, and when does a survivor retire?
Losing the first eye gives -1 permanent accuracy. The rulebook says two blind injuries suffer -4 permanent accuracy and retire the survivor at the end of the next showdown or settlement phase; players stack permanent modifiers, so the second eye adds -4 for -5 in total.
