What ends the game, and what happens when it is triggered?

Scoring is triggered when the main deck is empty, a player develops their last development card, King of Kings is flipped face down, the Vikings discard Harald Hardrada, the Arthurians play Graal, or the Utopians trigger Shangri-La with at least 24 population. You finish the current round, play one more full round (with its Solstice), then score. Collapse (empty unrest pile) ends the game immediately.
