How does the Roman power card (side A) change Glory?

You look at one extra fame card and pick from all of them, gaining 1 progress too. If only one or two cards remain you look at all of them and still gain the progress; if none remain you resolve King of Kings and still gain the progress. Returned cards go back in any order.
