Which commons cards are removed in a 2 or 3 player game?

In a 3-player game remove commons cards with the "4" icon; in a 2-player game remove those with a "3+" or "4" icon. The designer explains these cards are shortcuts to combos that are unlikely to come together when fewer players are changing the market, and that smaller decks also keep game length stable.
