How many cards does each nation's set contain?
The designer answered this directly on the BGG forum.

It differs by nation (for example Celts 28 cards, Greeks 23, Vikings 26 in Classics; see the rulebook's component list). To check a set is complete, look at the code in each card's bottom-left corner: its second number is the total for that nation's set.
