Can I look through my draw deck or discard pile?

You may inspect your discard pile at any time, and the number of cards in each deck is open information. The contents of your draw deck are not open to you under the rules as written; many groups allow looking through it and reshuffling, but that is a house rule. Looking through your discard just before a reshuffle gives a good picture of your deck.
