Can King of Kings be triggered more than once, and what does the bot get?

Each player (and the bot) can trigger it once per game, on whichever side is up. Only the first trigger resolves side A and flips the card; later triggers resolve side B. In solo play the bot always gets the side A reward, whichever side is up. Any effect that takes fame can trigger it.
