What does Glory require, and what if I have fewer than three regions?

Abandoning three pinned regions in play is a cost, so you cannot play Glory with fewer. Garrisoned regions don't count, and anything garrisoned under an abandoned region is abandoned too. Then you look at the top two fame cards, take one into your hand and return the other on top.
