Which Classics cards have gameplay-changing errata?

The designer named two non-obvious ones: Lost Tomes (Utopians) needs 2 scrolls, not 3, and City of Carthage produces population, not progress. A third was planned: Atlantean Fleet should use "to", so you need a card in your discard to sink before stealing progress. Other fixes are cosmetic, and copies from the second printing already include them.
