How do I set up the main, fame and unrest decks when combining Classics and Legends?

Follow normal commons setup, but use only one box's set of fame, civilised and uncivilised cards, and one unrest pile; leave the duplicates in the box. Deck sizes stay the same as in a single-box game because the two boxes are identical in size.
