Does the bot take a turn in the final round, and does it do clean-up?

Yes. The final round includes both your turn and the bot's, with bot clean-up and the final Solstice, which is compulsory, before scoring. Bot cards with Solstice text are never resolved; your own Solstice effects resolve after the bot's clean-up.
