What is the difference between acquiring and breaking through?

Acquiring takes a card of the suit from the market only, and you also take the Unrest tucked under it. Breaking through lets you take a market card (you gain its tokens and the Unrest under it goes back to the pile, not to you) or the top of the matching small deck, and falls back to the main deck when needed. A blind draw from a deck brings no tokens.
