Tile Overview
The promo consists of two double-sided tiles:
- Declaration of War & Mobilization tile: Declaration of War side and Mobilization side.
- Golden Route & Confiscation tile: Golden Route side and Confiscation side.
Each tile is used with one side face up at a time. Which side is face up is chosen by the player who receives the tile, as described on each side below.
Mobilization

Production: Place 1 Worker on this board.
Don't discard Workers from this board during the Cleanup phase.
Action: Collect all Workers and pass this board to the other player. The player who receives this board chooses the side up: Declaration of War or Mobilization.
Golden Route

Before the game, put this board in the center of the table, this side up.
Action (usable by any player while in the center of the table): Pay 2 Food, take 3 cards from other player Faction deck. Make a Deal with one of them, shuffle the other two back into the deck. Pass this board to that player. The player who receives this board chooses the side up: Golden Route or Confiscation (see the other side) and puts it in front of him. He can use it on next or further round.

Declaration of War

The Declaration of War side allows a player to gain a substantial number of Raze tokens by paying an equal number of Workers, and then declare a war on another player. That player then gets this tile and decides which side to use.
Confiscation

The Confiscation side allows you to take 2 Goods provided by Deals from a player who made a Deal with your card. After collecting Goods that way, you then need to put this tile in the center of the table, Golden Route side up.
