Controlling the Narrative
Four copies. The printed copies differ only in the colour of the star and title rule on the card; the rules text is identical on all four.
Propose a Bill and call for an Immediate Vote without spending Influence. You may spend Influence to affect the outcome, after everyone else has done so.
Rapid Resolution
Four copies. The printed text is the same on all four.
Spend 1 Influence to call for an Immediate Vote on a Bill already proposed by another player. Place this Influence on your preferred Vote Result area on the board before drawing Voting cubes. (Award Victory Points as normal, based on who proposed the Bill.)
IMF & World Bank
Propose up to 2 of the following Bills, if able: 1C, 2C, 3A, 4B, 5C. For each Bill proposed this way, get 15 money and -1 Legitimacy to a class of your choice.

Propose a Bill for Welfare State - Healthcare or Welfare State - Education. If you call for an Immediate Vote, draw 6 cubes instead of 5, and return 1 cube of your choice to the bag before determining the outcome. Otherwise, add 2 Voting cubes to the bag.
Oligarchs
Look at the face-down Public Companies, choose one, and Build it as one of your own Companies, paying 10 money to the State. Then, get 1 Influence.
